This morning I had a great flower appointment, hopefully I've found the perfect florist for our upcoming wedding. When I got home from the appointment, I foraged for lunch. Ham, leftover grilled zucchini, avocado and a hard boiled egg.
I went to the 6:30 crossfit class tonight, which is later than normal for me. When I got home I wasn't feeling hungry, and decided not to make dinner. I've been thinking and reading a lot about intermittent fasting and the potential health benefits that I could gain from fasting. So, here's to "trying it out". Going to bed feeling awkward because I didn't eat dinner one night sure isn't going to hurt me.
