Lunch, day 24.

Today's WOD was called Filthy Fifty.  It was as hard as it sounds.  50 reps of 10 movements - I finished in just under 35 minutes.  In fact, this workout was so hard that it took me two hours post WOD to recover enough to make myself lunch.  Instead of using my go-to title for made up meals (crap I pulled out of the fridge), I'm going to call this something fancy: a deconstructed turkey sandwich.


I need a nap.
