I also got a lovely offer: Ryan said he'd make coconut flour pancakes for brunch. I helped from the living room (by giving step by step instructions), and only went into the kitchen a few times to check on the progress. The result was fantastic!
We had both blueberry and strawberry PALEO pancakes. Yum!
